FirstEnergy Stadium is a great place to watch a game. The stadium is clean and the staff was helpful. The weather was perfect for November in Cleveland. I look forward to attending another game there in the future.

Got a chance to visit FirstEnergy Field for Cowboys vs Browns. The stadium experience was amazing. They offer activities for all right outside in front of the stadium before the game. The inside as well as the outside was very clean. The Staff was very helpful and polite. Wi-Fi was easy to access and made texting, placing / receiving calls, and net use a breeze! If there is a dead spot in the entire building I never found it. Tailgating in the Pit was great! As was stopping by Karl's Deli on West 3rd St for some really great food.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities scheduled for this year's fan fest. Having the event at the stadium and giving fans the opportunity to see areas usually reserved for premium seating was a big plus. From the energetic Drumline, mascots, and live rock band, there was a party atmosphere that kept everyone excited. The Locker Room sale was the best and the vouchers for the autograph signings were appreciated. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The event was very family friendly with fun events for the kids. Everything was well spaced out to allow elbow room to roam and enjoy. Thank you!

It's always exciting to see the Browns play at the stadium--the game was great! However, the Family Pack was certainly a disaster!!! I got two different versions on how to get the free hot dogs and drinks: (1) phone call saying I had to show my order #, credit card, and photo ID and get coupons; (2) from Guest Services--"just go to any food booth and show your tickets." Well, not quite true. We spent all of Half Time (missed the show) standing in line, got to the counter and the clerk had no idea how to do the free hot dog thing. Sent us to another booth to stand in line -- meantime missing a good part of 3rd quarter, get to the counter and they are running out of hot dogs, running out of pretzels, running out of beer --AT HALF TIME!!!!! I overheard one of the clerks tell another patron that the Browns had seriously under ordered food and drinks. Getting to our seats was another ordeal -- huge lines for escalator to take forever to get seated. If the stadium gets their act together, this wouls be a good thing (hence the recommendation to friend above).

Got there right before the kick off and watched J. Cribbs run back for a touch down too bad it was called back. It was exciting to watch anyway. We had a great time, even walked around to look at all the shops.

The stadium is great. We were in the very last row, but could see everthing. There is nothing like being at a football game in person. The excitement of the fans and the players. It was even better when Cribbs ran all the way for the touchdown. GO BROWNS!

Our experience at the Browns / Lions preseason game was as expected. The game was exciting upfront, with the Browns jumping to an early 20-0 lead, but was really slow in the second half, as expected, when the backups came in. Was well worth the price we paid, as the Browns offered half price tickets to this preseason game. Would recommend.

We took my daughters' boyfriend to his first ever professional football game. Of course, on our budget we got seats 2 rows from the very highest seat in the whole stadium. He was a little wary of the heights we climbed to, but overall enjoyed the game very much. Too bad we sent him on a food run and he missed the first 10 points that Cleveland scored!!! Had a great time!

Just like always, being up close to the action is always better than watching it at home, and we also won! The first half was the most exciting! We left after the beginning of the third quarter, and right before the runback for the last score, we heard ppl cheering when we were outside the stadium, it was awesome as usual!

Steelers didn't play real well but still won. Cleveland always plays Pittsburgh tough in their stadium. Nice place to be but maybe I'm a "little" biased . . . Heinz Field is much better!!! The only thing I didn't like was the man sitting on the end of the row from me was a total douche bag!! Already had a chip on his shoulder, hated the Steelers which I can understand but hated ALL their fans??!! Said he was a police officer but when he was confronted by security, all he said was he worked in the sheriff's department! Hmmm, which is it? A wannabe, just simply a wannabe!! Unfortunately, his girl friend was as polite as she could be. Must be afraid of him!!

Good thing the tickets have to be purchased in advance to get decent seating, because the high price wasn't worth seeing a 9-0 team. The stadium needs to develop parking at the stadium. Missed the first quarter looking for parking. This is a reason for not returning to see the browns, even if they are winning.

Everything was great until halftime.. My friend and I went looking for a NFL apparel vendor and went through the wrong door. Once out the door, we were locked out of the game and not allowed to re-enter.. After spending money on tickets and driving all the way from Alabama to see my first NFL game, I was devastated when I was not allowed to go back in and finish watching the game.. I will probably never get the opportunity to see another game.. How would this make you feel?

First time myself and son have been to a pro game. Had no issues with parking. Parked close to Lake Erie $25, the walk in wasn't far. Great outdoor activities going on (zip line) and lots of lil freebies. We got in early so we were able to get very close to field to watch the guys practice. Fun walking around inside the stadium. Tix in family zone. Definitely cramped but still really enjoyable! Everyone should go to a pro game. Great experience!

The stadium great...access to and from wasn't too bad... seats were great... a few fans and their comments were terrible and tried their best to ruin the game for everyone. I was hoping that spending close to $300 for tickets would have put us near some people with manners. I expect good and bad comments but 3 hours of pure "smack" talk and negativity ruined what was a spectacular game for me (even tho the Browns lost in OT)

Was very disappoint on the purse check in. Very long line and very very slow. The media tent seemed like royalty. Two tents, no line at all. Having to pay all that money you would think there would be some respect shown by the organization. Also escalators being down made for long long walks to our seat and any where we wanted to go. Browns fan since birth but to pay for this kind of experience is unacceptable. I'm better off spending my money else where.

I witnessed what had to be at least 50,000 Browns fans on a chilly Columbus afternoon come out to support the Cleveland Browns 160 miles from home . It was just a scrimmage, but it felt like they could have filled it had it been a game. I think they should do it every year but invite Cinncinatti up to play a "battle of ohio" tie break type scrimmage. At the shoe..... Awww that would be great, Bengals fans would fill the other half, trust.

My daughter, granddaughter & her boyfriend took my 93 year old dad to see his 1st time ever attendance to see his beloved Cleveland Browns play even though he has been a loyal fan since the team first played back in the 50s I believe. My dad took care of my mother for 62 years and couldn't get to any Browns games as he had to take care of my mom who had serious health issues most of her 90 years of life. He never missed a game even if he could only listen to it on the radio and later watch it on TV. He broke his back 4 years ago and his beloved wife had to spend her last 5 years in a nursing home with advanced Dementia, while he came to live with my husband and I. My daughter decided it was time her grandpa got to see his beloved Browns play in person. They had a wonderful time and a lot of fans thanked my dad for his service to our country. He had his beautiful WWll veterans cap on that day plus one of his many Cleveland shirts. He has gotten many Cleveland sports shirts, jackets and caps over the years and loves them all. My daughter surprised him with the tickets the week before the game and was he shocked and delighted. It was a little difficult as my dad uses a walker to get around but that day he was embarrassed as he really needed his travel chair. But it was a thrill for him even though due to his being in a wheelchair had to set up in the disability section and couldn't really make out the players. He will always remember that Sunday and cherish his very 1st game/

Although I have been to many training camp settings, this was my first time going to a scrimmage and it's about as close to watching live game action as you're likely to get. Add in the true stadium atmosphere and a sea of fans screaming and chanting for the "Dogs" just brought me that much close to about opening day.

The Browns did not deliver any entertainment value as advertised. They apparently scheduled an NFL team to play that day and didn't field one of their own. Colt McCoy did his part as you would expect from a new player. Several other members of the troupe did not choose to participate, notably the offensive and defensive linemen. The Browns' tight ends showed no ability to grasp the concept that hands are allowed in American football. Perhaps they thought they were playing soccer? Defensive backs were very polite all afternoon letting the Steeler receivers have free run to the first twenty yards from the line of scrimmage. The director of this mess made poor choices for the performance. At times you wondered if there was any plan at all. Kicking the field goal in the first act from the opponents two-yard line had the entire audience guessing his motives. We stayed to the end thinking there might be another show following but we and the other twelve people in our section left quietly. The hundreds of people that were with us at the beginning left throughout the debacle either on their own or were escorted by Cleveland police and Stadium security.

Ten of us went. One was a Chargers fan, three were Panthers fans and the rest Browns fans. My sister and brother in law (from North carolina) and my 12 year old son are Panthers fans. We were not obnoxious, confrontational or even rowdy . We cheered for the Panthers yes, but we also cheered for the Browns. The fans behind us were rude and obnoxious and even threw their beer on us. Browns stadium is a beautiful stadium and I would return any day for another US Women's or Men's National soccer team game, but I won't go to another Browns game. Seats were good though.

Saw the Browns defeat the Patriots on Sunday, 11/7. This was my first visit to Cleveland. Temps were in the upper 40s but the wind made it pretty cold. Science museum and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame are next door to the stadium. There were a few activities outside the stadium prior to the start of the game but not nearly as many as say in Phoenix or Pittsburgh or New Orleans. There didn't seem to be a pre-game gathering place for fans - or maybe I just missed it. I drove to the game and stayed out in Fairlawn - about 35 mins from the stadium - very easy drive. Getting out of downtown Cleveland was pretty easy and I didn't sit in traffic too long. I noticed alot of people took public transportation after the game as there was a stop right outside the stadium. Parking was really inexpensive compared to other cities and I felt completely safe walking to the garage after the game.

Stadium and atmosphere are awesome. Sitting in the Dawg Pound was a great experience, my wife enjoyed it as well. Play on the field was poor: we need an new offensive coordinator with some imagination on the run and pass routes; the defense was like a sieve and needs to learn how to tackle, not try to bump a runner down. We will be back for the Monday night game, my first night game at Browns Stadium, really looking forward to it.

The atmosphere at this game was awesome. The people and fans there were really involved in the game and it was so loud inside the stadium. The fans were into the game and the experience was so cool. The only thing that would have been better is if the Browns would have won.

Had a great time traveling to Cleveland to watch my Lions play the Browns. Cleveland Browns Stadium is beautiful. It's been a long, long time since I've seen a pro football game in an outdoor stadium. The hotel was nice, walking distance to the stadium. Very enjoyable for the wife & kids.

Browns won (It's about time!). Had a good time. Sat next to some nice Detroit fans. Would go again.

Love Cleveland and the sports culture there. Too bad the Browns have been so poor. That said, First Energy Stadium is awesome, it is close to downtown with beautiful views of the lake and good views of the field. But... As hapless as the Browns have been on the field, the management of concessions was EVEN WORSE. Only 2 lines out of maybe 10 were open to serve food/drinks in the area closest to our section (529), even though it seemed there were lots of workers behind the counter. So needless to say, the lines were LOOOONG. I missed almost the entire 3rd quarter and a few minutes into the 4th waiting in line. THEN, they didn't have any coffee even though it is clearly on the menu (the clerk told me to go else-where in the stadium after waiting so long just to get to the front of the lane - NOT); so I ordered hot chocolate, but they only had the smaller cups, not the larger souvenir cups I would have bought on such a cold day (so their ticket sale was lower) and we had to wait another 10 mins to even get the hot chocolate because they ran out and had to make more. They were waaaaay behind on the chicken so people waiting for that, but they had drawers (left open) full of fries, so way too many of those and they were cold. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing at all behind the counter. .The clerk couldn't keep track of who was waiting for what so as soon as they'd get more hot chocolate of chicken she just started handing stuff out. Am guessing the Browns gave away some food too on that, losing more money. Only one out of at least 4-6 of the mobile drinks carts was open. And that one was literally directly across from the only 2 lanes open for food... so, the lines were completely backed up into each other, because both lines way longer than they should have been if more lanes or carts were open. At the price they sell food and drinks for, after calculating $10-12/hour for a worker to man the lane or cart, and 10% for food costs (way maked up), they would have probably only needed to sell 6-8 total transactions during the ENTIRE game to be above break-even and make a profit from one lane or cart. Why not staff properly and have the right inventory to MAXIMIZE profit, increase customer transactions (I would have bought several coffees during a cold game) and give the fans a much better overall experience (wow us with something), so they at least want to come back even if the team is not doing well on the field? Maximize concession profit, since that is all your have at this point. And, if for some reason you choose to only open one drinks cart and 2 food lanes... at least spread them out a bit so the lines are not all on top of each other. At a minimum, transactions go up because a lot of people got so frustrated they just gave up. As a Packer fan, I wanted them to win this particular game, but I live in Ohio and still want the Browns to do well. I have tons of friends who are Brownies fans. It saddens me that the Haslems who run what appears to be a pretty solid and efficient empire with their Flying J and Pilots cannot even get the right people to run concessions effectively. Wow. Only spend $22 for the tix... so had a LOT of extra money available for concessions in my budget for the day and they didn't get nearly as much as they could have.

Great game--Bengals win, the folks at First Energy were real nice as were the fans. Just do not understand Brown's fans, they booed their team from the start. Guess they are the team you love to boo"!

Great time, disappointed I couldn't find Browns boosters booth as I wanted to join. Perhaps a map of booth/layout with information would be beneficial next year.

Great time in Columbus at the shoe watching the Browns get ready for the season. Was good to see the players pumped and working hard. Was impressed with the speed that everyone was working their position.

This was a very family friendly and exciting event! There were many activities for the children outside of the stadium. Luckily the people around us did not mind my friends saving seats even though it was first come, first seated with unassigned seating. Wonderful experience and I was happy that the scrimmage was held at the OSU Stadium.

The weather was great and the seating was awesome. I was hoping there would be more adult activities, but it was nice to keep the kids busy. Hope they do it again next year!

Maybe I don't understand the definition of a scrimmage and I know tickets were free but this was not what i expected. No score, no time...no real game. It was 4 QBs taking turns throwing to the same end zone. Good opportunity to see players but we left at halftime: not worth time, effort, parking, lines to witness.

I was annoyed there was a scoreboard but the score was not kept on it. The food was reasonable priced. It was nice to see the Browns in person but I'll save my time for a real game next time

It was amazing at the Ohio State Stadium. The only issue was that they had reserved seating for club members only. This is not what it stated in the emails or on our tickets. It clearly stated first come, first serve basis despite what is on your ticket. This was a total LIE! Then half of the club members never showed up so those seats sat empty. So we see who the true fans are! I am a season ticket holder. I believe they should have had given you your seat when you ordered your tickets.

I am not an Ohio State fan in the least but bleed Brown & Orange so it was great to have the Browns take a day to come down to The Shoe! The pre-scrimmage festivities were AWESOME!! Everything was free and it was a great time! My ONLY complaint about the event is that the Browns only played ONE WAY (toward the bottom of the U) and guess where we sat? At the other end!! I thought that they would switch ways but they didn't so that was annoying and rather disappointing because we didn't get to see a lot of the action. I also didn't see it communicated anywhere that they would only go one way, or we would have sat at the other end so we could watch.

The dawg pound experience was fun for all. The Martini Affair was an awesome band and there was a ton of fun activities for kids. I'd love to see this be a yearly activity. I even got four autographs after the game!
